are you sure you implemented the ErrorHandler to capture the error and warning messages?

Inside the content tag, _not_ inside the container tag at the same level with
the content tag.
I would like to have the parser complain because it has found a name tag
_outside_ the content tag. How should I write the DTD to obtain this behaviour?
Am I missing something fundamental?
