Xerces 2.0.0 wrong packaged?

Downloading
        
        Xerces-J-tools.2.0.0.tar.gz

from 

        http://xml.apache.org/dist/xerces-j/

I get an archive which seems to contain the same xerces.jar
like  the
        Xerces-J-tools.2.0.0.beta3
I downloaded earlier???
