oops, many typos :))
this means that "our" entityresolver is doing much more than the
resolver code i have posted. i have tried to compile this version. so
there can be some errors during compilation.
but the principal should work.
btw: setting the feature
http://apache.org/xml/features/nonvalidating/load-external-dtd does not
work for me. there is an UnrecognizedException (or something like that).
