Hi Hemant, But can you download this file with anything else (Explorer, wget, etc) from your network environment? It's just might be unavailbale. Otherwise Xerces should work just fine. Unfortunetely, depending on JDK you use java.net.URLConnection provides not very clear exception message why error has occured. Usually it's just FileNotFound exception.
