Hi,
I know of two technologies from IBM Alphaworks:
1. XML Diff and Merge tool

2. XML TreeDiff
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/xmltreediff
I can't recall which one has the GUI,
perhaps they even depend on each other.
