Xerces-J 2.4.0 XSElementDeclaration and XSComplexTypeDefinition interfaces in org.apache.xerces.impl.xs.psvi package provide getAnnotation() and getAnnotations() methods respectfully that are intended to allow access to the content of xsd:annotation elements via XSAnnotation interface. However, in both cases implementing classes return null and have the "// REVISIT: SCAPI: to implement" comment. Is there an estimate on when will implementations be provided? Is it already done in development?
