Hi,
I think this bug has come up before (it's probably fixed in CVS, just
not the 2_4_0 build). The answer is to get it from the xerces CVS (you can
access this via the xerces web site). I downloaded it recently: attached is a
copy.

I understand that in the build.xml file at line 250 its looking for the
file manifest.xerces to copy. But there is no file named manifest in the
src directory.
Can someone please guide me what might be causing the problem and where
can i find the above mentioned file.
