steps to use xerces2.5

i downloaded xerces-j-bin 2.5 zip and xerces-j-tools 2.5.zip . and i found myself lost after that. like what steps should i do next to install the program? should i compile it? and if it is the case where i can compile it ? and what are the instruction?. can anyone tell the steps in details to be able to use the parser afer downloading it?
