Xerces' experimental DOM L3 implementation supports revalidation [1]
against schema. It's not in the regular distribution of Xerces. You'll
either have to rebuild the parser with DOM L3 support or alternatively you
can download a copy of Xerces 2.6.0 with a beta of DOM L3 support from the
download site.
