There isn't an entity resolver.

I took care of the case sensitivity problem

I don't specify the relative path to the schema. I'll
try it.

I also already tried URL like
file:///projects/xxx/XXX/ddd/uuu/vvv/ppp/my_schema.xsd
it worked fine on Window and not on Solaris.
