RE: validating DOM

Xerces 2.6.2 has an experimental implementation [1] of the Proposed Recommendation drafts of DOM Level 3 Core and Load/Save. To get access to DOM Level 3 with Xerces, see this FAQ [2]. In the next version of the parser, we plan to include DOM Level 3 in the regular distribution.
