Hey Peter,
I would really like to say, 'yes', but unfortunately I am unaware of
one. Tom Watson wrote in some time ago and said he would work on it,
but sadly, I haven't heard any news from him in quite some time.
I don't have access to a Windows C++ compiler so I cannot create one
myself.
