Hey All, When it rains it pours. While investigating a RedHat 6.2 compile issue, I discovered an unrelated, but fatal compile error in 1.5.2 if XERCES_DEVEL was not set. Since this variable should only be set by folks wanting to modify Xerces.pm, users must be able to compile without setting it.
