I just tried XML-Xerces v1.7.0
All tests successful.
Got the warning about the schema and:
perl -w -Mblib t/DOM_Entity.t
Using /home/epsystem/mgrabens/enWeb/builds/XML-Xerces-1.7.0_0/blib

ok 2
ok 3 Failed test 3 as expected, no worries
