XMLCatalogResolver calls error() - but Perl can't locate it

           Summary: XMLCatalogResolver calls error() - but Perl can't locate
                    it
           Product: Xerces-P
           Version: 2.3.0
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Perl API
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

There's a stupid inheritance problem, and for a reason that I don't understand
(but would like to) Perl can't locate the error() method exported by XML::Xerces
not if I do a 'use XML::Xerces qw(error)' or even if I set XMLCatalogResolver to
inherit from XML::Xerces.
