This sets the pdfauthor to XeLaTeX. Choose whatever you like: Mickeymouse,
Pooh Bear, anything.

    \hypersetup{
          bookmarks=true,
          plainpages=false,
          pdfauthor={},
          pdftitle={},
          pdfcreator={XeLaTeX},  % or whatever
          colorlinks,
          citecolor=black,
