If it works with XeTeX, movie15 would seem to be the package: http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/movie15/doc/movie15.pdf But as of five years ago, it was not compatible: http://www.tug.org/pipermail/xetex/2005-October/002650.html See also http://asymptote.sourceforge.net/doc/embed.html I don't know whether the bridge has been gone under by enough water since then to make this work...
