Hello, I don't know about dictionaries, but have a look at "glossaries": http://tug.ctan.org/cgi-bin/ctanPackageInformation.py?id=glossaries I use it for my thesis's glossary, which uses three languages with a rather complex structure. I find the package to be relatively flexible in terms of customisation.
