I wanted to try out different approaches to the french hyphenation problem
involving apostrophes, thereby including
\usepackage[french]{polyglossia}
for the first time. The document fails to compile because etoolbox.sty cannot
be found. The description of the TL2010 package "etex-pkg" still mentions it,
but it contains no file of the name. In fact, "tlmgr search --file etoolbox"
does not turn up anythin. What's up?
