The bidi file
/usr/local/texlive/2012/texmf-dist/tex/latex/bidi/footnote-xetex-bidi.def uses
since two weeks:
\providecommand*{\c@zabspage}{\c@abspage}%
which collides with this line in perpage.sty:
\number\c@abspage
TLU, TeX Live Utility, can restore an elder package, provided it has been
backuped. This can be found by choosing the Backups button and the filtering
for bidi. If it's found, then press the Restore button and XeLaTeX again!
