He said he got the font file from you, and sure the hinting issue was due to the fontforge problem. But the other warnings I do not think could have arisen in any recent copy of FreeSerif -- however older versions might have had rather messy glyphs in the MahJong range. Do I understand correctly, that he got an old copy of FreeSerif from you, built with an old copy of fontforge?
