Hi We just uploaded version 12.4 of bidi to CTAN. Versions 12.1--12.4 fixed a number of bugs and also changed files synced with the newer version of packages. If no other bugs is reported, then version 12.4 will be the version of bidi included in the DVD release of TeXLive 2013. For more details please see ChangeLog of bidi package.
