Attached are updated files for ITRANS to Unicode gujarati mapping for Xetex, including fixes for some of the issues listed by Himanshu.
It DOES NOT have support for older ITRANS encoding scheme for ga^r and Rga - use rga and gRRI instead. Shrisha, you could include it in the next release of xetex-itrans.
