A TTC is a sort of archive that contains multiple TTF files, in a way. The index is specific to each TTC — it's just the choice of the TTF. AFAIR, Cambria.ttc has two fonts, the normal Cambria and Cambria Math. So to load Cambria Math from Cambria.ttc, I think you'd need FontIndex=1
