I'm using the free version of XML Mind XSL Converter 4.3.2 to convert a
DITAmap to Word 2007. The entries in the Word table of contents display
page numbers of 0. However, the document does display page numbers in
the footer. We couldn't figure out how to get the page numbers to
display correctly. Also, the converter applies the Normal style to the
headings which means I can't generate a normal Word table of contents.
Can you help us with this problem. It will be very tedious to hand code
the headings with the Heading tag so that I can regenerate the TOC.
My computer is Windows 7. When we used the previous version of XML Mind
XSL Converter, the page numbers in the TOC generated correctly.
