The differences between Desktop License and Server License are explained
in this page: http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/proedition.html

That's right.

You are right. Thank you for pointing out this. We'll make the usage
restrictions much clearer in the Desktop License.

In a nutshell, you may not integrate XMLmind XSL-FO Converter Desktop to
an application. XMLmind XSL-FO Converter Desktop is expected to be used
as an interactive desktop application and/or invoked interactively by
the means of a makefile or an ant build file.
