Sorry but when you report a problem, you have to explain us how to
reproduce it, more precisely, you must comply with the policy described
here: http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/support.html#xfc_support_policy

FYI, XFC, whatever its version, never attempts to write the graphics
files referenced in the XSL-FO. However XFC, whatever its version, often
creates temporary copies (using System.IO.Path.GetTempFileName()) of
these graphics files. So may be the problem is caused by that fact that
another process loads these copies. This other process could be
anything, including anti-virus software, indexing software, etc.
