I don't know. Personally when I write an XSLT stylesheet which generates
XSL-FO, I never think in terms of px (a device-dependent unit of
measurement). For example, in my mind, a thin line typically has a 0.5pt
thickness.

This is already how XMLmind XSL-FO Convert converts px to pt (when
screenResolution is 96DPI, its default value).
