By the way, we took a look at the Roundtrip tool by Explain and it supports 
Word 2003 XML only.

Sorry but we do not support named styles. We consider implementing this
feature --to a certain extent-- in XFC v4.6. It's too late for XFC v4.5
which should be released next month.

Please understand that our product does *not* convert DocBook to docx.
It converts XSL-FO (no structure whatsoever!) to docx.

If you want to convert DocBook to Word format and the opposite way
round, you may be interested in the DocBook "Roundtrip" Stylesheets.
