The attached .zip file does not contain the .fo file allowing us to easily reproduce the problem you describe. Instead, it contains a .xsl file and a .xml input file. Please send us bug reports strictly conforming to what is described in http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/support.html#xfc_support_policy .
