My answer assumes that, in fact, you do *not* need XMLmind XML Editor.
If you do need XMLmind XML Editor and in addition, want to convert
documents in batch, then XMLmind XML Editor can do that too, because it
includes command-line utility "convertdoc". See
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/commands/convertdoc.html

Yes, see "XMLmind XSL Utility":
http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/xsl_utility.html

If you use "XMLmind XSL Utility" professionally[*], no matter the output
formats you'll target, then you'll have to purchase at least one XMLmind
XSL-FO Converter Desktop License (product code: fc-desk).

See http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/price_list.html

Our stock XSLT stylesheets are part of the distribution of "XMLmind XSL
Utility". Therefore you'll find them in a subdirectory of the
installation directory of "XMLmind XSL Utility".

Our course, it's also possible to use custom or customized XSLT
stylesheets. In such case, they can be stored anywhere.

Yes. Please:

* download
http://www.xmlmind.net/foconverter/_download/xslutil_perso-4_5_0.zip,

* unzip xslutil_perso-4_5_0.zip in a *shared* folder,

* start "XMLmind XSL Utility" by executing
<xslutil_install_dir>/bin/xslutil.exe,

and you are done
