This line comes from the paragraph closing tag ('\par') at the end of
the section. The point is that the exact semantics of this tag is
actually "start a new paragraph" - implicitly ending the current one.
Since the section closing tag ('\sect') also implicitly closes the
current paragraph, indeed no '\par' tag is required at the end of a section.
Still I think this may be considered as a minor flaw, which is pretty
hard to fix given the overall design of XFC.
