This bug is fixed in the next release of XMLmind XSL-FO Converter. This 
release should be available in at most a couple of weeks.

The bug fix is described as follows:

RTF output only: a table cell containing just an empty block inherited 
the wrong font size and thus, often caused the overall height of its 
container row to be too large.
---

We are sorry but no other issue you have reported has been analyzed nor 
fixed due to the lack of comprehensive bug reports.
