Is there now a way to generate named style in the XFC product to

Sorry but the answer is no.

I think for something like I do with html at this time, I generate Html
files, the user open this files with word, the class are transformed in
names styles in word, the user modify the files and I reread this files
to recompose a new version of the XML files.

No offense intended, but your idea would not be usable by the vast majority of our customers (which are completely focused on XSL).

But it would be easier if the conversion should be directly in MS-Word
or Open Office.

The "Generate named styles" feature is currently not supported. As it is not part of the XSL-FO standard, we have to found a simple, elegant and reliable extension to support this very useful feature in our product. Unfortunately, for now, we have no idea of what could be such XSL-FO extension.
