Thank you for the response. I am able to solve almost all the problems by going
through your FAQ document.
I found one more minor issue: the fo attribute keep-with-next.within-column="always" is not working
as expected. I have a fo:block that has this attribute set to "always" and it is appearing in
different page than the block following it. The conformance document
(http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/conformance.html) says that this attribute is supported if the block
element does not have any child block elements. In the attached fo document the fo:block element containing
the text "Mapping the Chassis Cluster Ports" does not have any child block elements and has this
attribute. Could you please let me know why is this not in same page as the next block?
When I changed keep-with-next.within-column="always" to
keep-with-next.within-page="always", this solved the problem you describe.
This looks like a bug. If this is actually the case[*], we'll try to fix
it in the next release (planned for this fall).

[*] It could also be a bug in MS-Word. That is, MS-Word may not honor
some of Office Open XML
(http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/standards/Ecma-376.htm)
elements or attributes.
