PS: Your attachment was huge despite the fact that the only meaningful line
being the above <fo:external-graphic>. You sent 2.8Mb of attachments to a
*public* mailing list causing the email software of hundreds of persons to hang
for a couple of minutes. In the future, please be more careful.
