I attached LinesAndSpacing.fo along with the results from XMLMind and FOP.
* Notice XMLMind has more vertical spacing especially around the word "Owners" and at the bottom of the page. * Also notice the horizontal lines at the top and bottom of the page don't cover the width of the page in the RTF but do in the PDF. Any suggestions? We are really hoping to get very close to the same results with the same XSL-FO.
