I have been stepping through the latest XMLMind XSL-FO code for RTF and from what I can tell it isn't possible to have the first page use different margins from the other pages. Is this the case? The XMLMind documentation would give me the impression it is supported but it sure seems like having special margins on the <simple-page-master> for the first page is ignored.
* As near as I can tell the best option I have is to have a <region-before> defined for the first page and add the correct amount of white space there to make it look like the first page has a larger top margin. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
