Problem from bug3543 is not resolved.
locale: ru_RU.KOI8-R
system: Gentoo Linux 2008.
I not see russian text in interface xfrun4. Instead i see symbol like square.
In root-terminal i see (xfrun4:30662): Gtk-WARNING **: Invalid input string.
