(note bug 7228 as well)
The settings UI has a checkbox labelled "prompt on logout" which as far as I
understand and the tooltip for this checkbox states, displays the logout dialog
when the user decides to log out.
I suggest the clarity of what this setting does and when it is relevant/made
use of could be improved.
