These are the steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Open Thunar for example in your home directory
2. Create a new tab and change to a sub-folder inside your home-directory
3. Switch back to the first tab (home-directory) and move a file to the folder
you opened in the second tab by dragging it into that folder.
4. Inconsistency: The file disappears and shortly after reappears. Looking at
the second tab, the file is not listed until you reload (ctrl-r). After that
the file in the first tab is correctly deleted from the view.
