            Bug ID: 14586
Summary: [Feature request] Make Ctrl+= (so <Primary>equal) work
                    just like Ctrl++
    Classification: Xfce Core
           Product: Thunar
           Version: 1.8.1
          Hardware: PC (x86_64)
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Medium
         Component: General
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected], [email protected]
  Target Milestone: 1.8.0

Hello, in most modern apps (e.g. Firefox, Nautilus) the "Ctrl+="
(<Primary>equal) keyboard shortcut is working exactly like the "Ctrl++"
(<Primary>plus) one, so it enlarges icons/website. And I think that it's a very
user-friendly behaviour. You can just hold Control and change the view with 0,
- and = easily. Unfortunately enlarging in Thunar works only with
"Shift+Ctrl+="

My suggestion: both shortcuts - "Ctrl++" and "Ctrl+=" should work the same. And
I think, if possible, that only "Ctrl++" should be visible as a shortcut in
the View menu (as it is now), "Ctrl+=" should just work "in the background", as
a fallback.
