Scenario 1.
1. Open 'sftp://host' in Thunar.
2. Run command: 'ssh -O exit host' OR kill the underlying ssh process with
SIGTERM.
3. Refresh Thunar window.
4. Result: an empty folder view and "unknown" icon in address bar.
Scenario 2.
1. Open 'sftp://host' in Thunar.
2. Kill the underlying ssh process with SIGKILL.
3. Refresh Thunar window.
4. Result: Thunar crashes.
