Because xfce4-session does not delete the file (actually it can't since it's
not running as root), it follows the specification[1] creating a disabled copy
in ~/.config/autostart.
You should use the package manager of your distribution to uninstall packages ,
this way you won't have 'rubbish' throughout the system.
