When i add a new item to the list in panel settings it gets added to the
bottom.
Then if i wanted to have it at the top i have to select it and click up button
a lot.
Maybe would be better to add the item below what is selected in the list.
But then it cant be inserted as the first item so not perfect solution.
I can drag the icons from the add new items dialog to the panel but i cant drag
them to the list in settings.
I settings i can drag items in the list.
But not between the two dialogs.
So if possible drag and drop feature can be added between the settings dialog
and add new items dialog so its easier to place the items correctly.
