Steps:
1. Open panel preferences dialog.
2. Notice that 's' in 'Row Size' is capital on the Display tab
3. Notice that 'i' and 's' in 'Fixed Icon Size' are capitals on the Appearance
tab when disabling 'Adjust size automatically'
Tested on Xubuntu 19.10 Daily
