Steps to reproduce the crash:
$ sudo -i
# cd /usr/share/applications
# sleep 10; mv firefox.desktop firefox.desktop.123; mv firefox.desktop.123
firefox.desktop
Open the application menu via the panel plugin or xfdesktop, navigate to the
"Internet" category and wait until the second command has finished. Move the
mouse cursor.
