After login as user root on xfce4 either application launcher nor url links on
own desktop can not be started. Only the default desktop icons (home, trash ..)
can be started. Starting desktop files from /root/Desktop accours error:
Failed to run "Terminal%20Emulator.desktop"
Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did
not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply
timeout expired, or the network connection was broken
