Hi!
The bug https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7869 returns in new XFCE 4.14
release.
As you can see, nothing happens in panel buttons launchers when they are
pressed.
The icon should appear to be pressed to notify user his action has been taken.
Here an example of how you can press a Thunar launcher without any button
change:
