In addition to thunar providing disk level options like eject and unmount in
the context menu, it would be useful to also give the option to format a
partition.
The context menu entry would try to execute one of these commands, based on the
availability of the app in this order.
`gnome-disks --block-device [device] --format-device`
`mintstick -m format -u [device]`
`gparted [device]`
This functionality is available in Nemo, Nautilus, Finder, Windows Explorer.
